CEECOACH, which is also used in sports disciplines such as skiing, was already commended earlier this year within the framework of the international sports trade fair ISPO with the ISPO Award. The editors of SkiMAGAZIN were also very impressed with the product and therefore nominated CEECOACH for the Innovation Award. “CEECOACH convinced us as the device provides an intensified sense of skiing enjoyment, simplifies training activities and ensures a higher degree of safety on the piste,” explains Andreas Mayer, chief editor of SkiMAGAZIN. The award was handed over within the framework of the OutDoor trade fair, the world’s leading outdoor fair, which took place in Friedrichshafen mid July.

“We are very happy about winning the award and would like to thank the readers of SkiMAGAZIN for their trust in our product. The Innovation Award is a huge motivation for us to pursue the further development of CEECOACH in the future and to take our customers’ needs into account to the highest possible extent,” explains Sophie Lotz, product manager at peiker CEE GmbH.

A decisive further development of the Bluetooth® communication device for instance is the new CEECOACH edition “XTREME”. It is entirely waterproof and available as a set with a waterproof headset and elastic neoprene wristband. Fairgoers at the OutDoor trade fair were able to see and test the new edition on site. “We intentionally decided to introduce CEECOACH XTREME at the OutDoor because this event is a valuable platform for the global outdoor industry. With our waterproof edition we want to address water sports and outdoor enthusiasts in particular. These activities involve a lot of interaction with water or dirt and yet these athletes also have to rely on stable communication means”, says Julia Kopaunik of Public Relations, peiker CEE GmbH.

The globally leading outdoor fair was attended by 21,507 fairgoers from 92 nations. All exhibition halls as well as the entire outdoor exhibition area was fully occupied with 960 exhibitors from 40 countries.
