CEECOACH PLUS
In this section we try to elaberate the most common questions about CEECOACH PLUS
Basically, the CEECOACH PLUS recognises human speech and only transmits when you speak. This is also known as Voice Activity Detection (VAD). Only during this time can background noises such as strong wind be transmitted. If this is disruptive in your application scenario (e.g. when sailing or surfing), a wind blocker can help. You can find these in any standard headset microphone shop or on our website. What is a wind blocker? You often see them on microphones for outdoor recordings on television.
No, the CEECOACH PLUS is based on a new technology and can therefore only be used with other CEECOACH PLUS devices. The new communication bandwidth allows up to 16 participants in one communication centre.
In order to always be able to use all functions in a group, we strongly recommend using the same software
software version on all devices in a group. In general, our aim is to ensure that communication works with devices with different software versions. However, we cannot guarantee this for every update. Especially when a new release offers extensive functional enhancements.
If the LEDs at 3, 6, 9 and 12 o'clock flash simultaneously in the illuminated ring, the button lock is activated on the
CEECOACH PLUS the key lock is activated. Deactivate the key lock by pressing the ‘+’ and ‘-’ buttons simultaneously for at least 3 seconds.

Possible causes are: You have taken more than 5 seconds from one device to the other to
pairing process or the devices were too far apart. Start the pairing process again on all CEECOACH PLUS devices. Make sure that there are less than 5 seconds from device to device at the start of pairing mode and that the distance between the devices is between 0.5 m and 10 m. Put your Bluetooth® headset into pairing mode, refer to the instructions for your headset for this procedure if necessary. Now press the function button on your CEECOACH PLUS (button without elevation on the side) until the illuminated ring turns blue. The two devices will now pair within 30 seconds. You do not need your mobile phone for this process.
Note: You do not need to pair your headset via the Bluetooth® settings in your mobile phone, but only directly with the CEECOACH PLUS.
Make sure that no other devices (e.g. your iPhone) are within range of the Airpods before you start pairing / coupling with the

The wired and wireless Bluetooth® headsets recommended by us have been extensively tested and ensure good voice quality. Many other commercially available headsets can be used with the CEECOACH PLUS, but there is no guarantee that the voice quality and connection will remain at 100%.
No, your CEECOACH PLUS is not suitable for diving. We have developed the CEECOACH PLUS in accordance with the IP67 standard. This means it is protected against splashing water and falling into water (e.g. after falling off a surfboard)
