Warranty / Repair
Of course, we want you to enjoy our products for as long as possible. If this is not the case due to a defect, the warranty claims will apply. The warranty period for peicom products is 2 years (from the date of delivery). During this period, you as a customer have the right to report defects to us as a retailer.
If the defect is caused by faulty components or poor workmanship (as delivered from the factory), we will repair or replace the product free of charge. To claim your rights in such a case, please make sure to keep your proof of purchase.
If the products have been opened by you, components have been replaced, or improper use is detected, the warranty will be void.
If you have a defective product, please fill out the return form. Then, send the product to be repaired along with the fully completed return form and the corresponding invoice to the following address:

Without a fully completed return form, we unfortunately cannot process your case and will return the item to you at our expense.
