Warranty / Repair
Of course, we want you to enjoy our products for as long as possible. If a defect prevents this, warranty claims apply. The warranty for peicom products is 2 years (from delivery). During this period, you as the customer have the right to report defects to us as the retailer.
If the defect is caused by faulty components or poor workmanship (upon shipment from the factory), we will repair or replace the product free of charge. In such a case, to assert your rights, it is essential that you keep the purchase receipt.
If the products have been opened by you, parts have been replaced, or improper use is evident, the warranty will be void.
The warranty only applies when using the headsets offered in our shop.
If you have a defective product, please fill out the return form. Then send the product to be repaired along with the fully completed return form and the invoice for the product to the following address:

Without a fully completed return form, we unfortunately cannot process your case and will return the goods to you at your expense.
