At the same time, the E-Twist’Air remains lightweight and flexible, fitting comfortably to the body while allowing full freedom of movement, without being noticeable.
Safety in milliseconds
A fall from a horse is one of the most dangerous situations in riding. This is exactly where the E-Twist’Air from Horse Pilot comes in: it detects a fall in real time and deploys the airbag in less than 60 milliseconds, before the body touches the ground or an obstacle. The chest, back, abdomen and neck are reliably protected, while the integrated ReZro® back protector evenly distributes the impact forces and helps prevent back injuries.
Optimal fit and breathability
The E-Twist’Air is ergonomically designed and adapts to the body’s movements. Wide mesh panels on the sides ensure continuous air circulation, while the 3D mesh lining balances the internal temperature and reduces cold spots. This makes the vest comfortable to wear in all weather and riding conditions. The soft material rests smoothly against the body and does not restrict natural movement. Whether in training or on long rides, the E-Twist’Air reliably delivers its protective function and can be easily combined with riding apparel and equipment.
The Heart of the System: Smart Sensor Technology
The core of Horse Pilot’s E-Twist’Air is the In&Box control unit from In&motion. It has a 6-axis sensor that can measure up to 1,000 movements per second and notice falls before they become serious. This way, the control unit can detect not only normal falls but also unusual situations that regular systems might miss. Every reaction happens in a split second, accurately and reliably.
Protection That Gets Smarter with Every Ride
With the my In&Box App, you can monitor and control the E-Twist’Air’s In&Box unit from In&motion at any time. Battery status, modes, and software updates are visible at a glance, and regular updates ensure the sensors keep learning. This way, the vest becomes smarter with every ride, adapts to new situations, and provides protection that continuously evolves.
Purchase and Setup
The E-Twist’Air comes with the In&Box control unit. After delivery, the my In&Box App must be installed once, and the vest needs to be paired with the In&Box to be fully functional. The my In&Box App is required to use the vest to its full potential. It can be activated either via a subscription or a one-time purchase.
