The E-Twist'Air from Horse Pilot takes riding safety to a whole new level. Fully electronic and with no mechanical connection to the saddle, the vest reacts to critical situations in a fraction of a second. The sensors detect even the slightest movements and recognise falls before they happen, offering reliable protection with every jump and on every ride.
Safety in milliseconds
Falling from a horse is one of the most dangerous situations in riding. This is exactly where Horse Pilot's E-Twist'Air comes in: it detects a fall in real time and deploys the airbag in less than 60 milliseconds, before the body even touches the ground or an obstacle. The chest, back, abdomen and neck are reliably protected, while the integrated ReZro® back protector distributes the impact forces evenly, preventing back injuries.

Optimal fit and breathability
The E-Twist'Air is ergonomically designed and adapts to the body's movements. Wide mesh areas on the sides ensure continuous air circulation, while the 3D mesh lining balances the temperature inside and reduces cold spots. This makes the vest comfortable to wear in all weather and riding conditions. The soft material fits comfortably against the body and does not restrict natural movement. Whether for training or long rides, the E-Twist'Air reliably fulfils its protective function and can be easily combined with riding clothing and equipment.
The heart of the system: sensor technology that thinks for itself
The heart of Horse Pilot's E-Twist'Air is the In&Box control unit from In&motion. Equipped with a 6-axis sensor, it measures up to 1,000 movements per second and detects fall patterns before they become critical. In this way, the control unit not only detects classic falls, but also atypical situations that conventional systems cannot recognise. Every reaction takes place in a fraction of a second, reliably and precisely.
Protection that gets smarter with every ride
The my In&Box app allows you to monitor and control the In&motion In&Box control unit of the E-Twist'Air at any time. Battery status, modes and software updates are available at a glance, and regular updates ensure that the sensors are constantly learning. The airbag vest becomes smarter with every ride, adapts to new situations and offers protection that is continuously evolving.
Purchase and commissioning
The E-Twist'Air is delivered without the In&Box control unit. This control unit must be purchased separately from In&motion. After purchasing the In&Box, the “My In&Box” app must be installed once and the vest must be connected to the control unit in order for it to be fully functional. The my In&Box app is required to use the vest to its full extent. It can be activated either via a subscription or a one-time purchase.
