In this section we try to elaberate the most common questions about CEECOACH 2

If you want to use CEECOACH 1 and CEECOACH 2 in the same communication group all devices must have at least software version v02.02. We recommend that all shared devices have the same software version. The latest software version can be downloaded free of charge from our homepage.

If the illuminated ring on the CEECOACH flashes purple, the button lock on the CEECOACH the key lock is activated. Deactivate the key lock by briefly pressing the speech button (o) three times.’

If a communication circuit has been created, these settings are saved even after the the devices are switched off. The next time they are switched on, the corresponding devices automatically connect to each other. To add a new device to this circuit, it must be completely rebuilt. To do this, reset the already connected devices to the factory settings (press all three buttons simultaneously) and restart the role assignment.

If only two devices are used, participant mode is automatically activated, i.e. the Moderator and participant can speak. If the participant is only to listen, the moderator presses the talk button (o) twice.

In rare cases, there may be an error that prevents the LED from recognising that the device is fully charged. If you unplug the CEECOACH briefly from the USB charging cable and plug it back in, the LED should change to green. The charging status is also correctly displayed via the audio instructions.

Yes, you can connect an active loudspeaker to a CEECOACH. This CEECOACH device must be integrated in the call circuit or coupled with the other devices used. You can connect the active loudspeaker via the 3.5 mm jack connection. The device with loudspeaker can then be positioned at the edge to allow the audience to participate in what is being said.

The surface of the CEECOACH can be cleaned using a damp cloth or a surface disinfectant. surface disinfectant. To do this, moisten a cleaning cloth with the disinfectant and then wipe the device. The device must not be sprayed directly. Please note that the labelling (serial number in the event of a warranty claim) may be damaged if the appliance is cleaned too frequently. Start the pairing mode of your CEECOACH. Activate the Bluetooth® function on your smartphone and start the search for Bluetooth® devices. CEECOACH is displayed as ‘CEECOACHxxxx’, including the last four digits of the serial number, which can be found on the back of the device. Now select your CEECOACH to establish the connection.

A Bluetooth® headset that is to be used with the CEECOACH must support the headset profile (HSP or HS profile). The HFP (Hands Free Profile) profile, which is used to connect to the telephone, is currently not supported by the CEECOACH.

If you want to use both a headset and a smartphone with CEECOACH 2, you need to connect both devices one after the other. The order doesn't matter: you can connect your smartphone first and then your headset - or vice versa.

Bluetooth speakers support different ways of connecting to other Bluetooth devices. If they support the HeadSet Profile (HSP) or the HandsFree Profile and have a built-in microphone, there is a good chance that they can be connected to CEECOACH 2 or CEECOACH Plus. However, there are different versions of each of the profiles due to further developments, so it is difficult to make a definitive statement and, if in doubt, you simply have to try it out.
