In this section we try to elaberate the most common questions about CEECOACH 2
If you want to use CEECOACH 1 and CEECOACH 2 in the same communication group all devices must have at least software version v02.02. We recommend that all shared devices have the same software version. The latest software version can be downloaded free of charge from our homepage.

illuminated ring on the CEECOACH flashes purple, the button lock on the
CEECOACH the key lock is activated. Deactivate the key lock by briefly
pressing the speech button (o) three times.’

The
pairing mode of the CEECOACH 2 is cancelled as soon as a smartphone or
headset has been successfully connected.
Perform
a reset of the connected devices (press all three buttons simultaneously). Now assign the roles to all
participants first. Only then is the moderator assigned. Otherwise, a timeout
may occur and devices that are not yet connected will not be recognised by
the moderator.
If a communication circuit has been created, these settings are saved even after the
the devices are switched off. The next time they are switched on, the corresponding devices automatically connect to each other. To add a new device to this circuit, it must be completely rebuilt. To do this, reset the already connected devices to the factory settings (press all three buttons simultaneously) and restart the role assignment.
If only two devices are used, participant mode is automatically activated, i.e. the
Moderator and participant can speak. If the participant is only to listen, the moderator presses the talk button (o) twice.
In rare cases, there may be an error that prevents the LED from recognising that the
device is fully charged. If you unplug the CEECOACH briefly from the USB charging cable and plug it back in, the LED should change to green. The charging status is also correctly displayed via the audio instructions.

Yes, you can connect an active loudspeaker to a CEECOACH. This CEECOACH device must be integrated in the call circuit or coupled with the other devices used. You can connect the active loudspeaker via the 3.5 mm jack connection. The device with loudspeaker can then be positioned at the edge to allow the audience to participate in what is being said.

You activate the pairing mode of your CEECOACH by simultaneously pressing the
(+) and minus (-) buttons simultaneously until the illuminated ring flashes yellow quickly.
(Optional: Pairing mode can also be cancelled by pressing the plus (+) and minus (-) buttons again simultaneously for more than 2 seconds or by switching the CEECOACH off and on).
Switch on the Bluetooth® headset and set it to pairing mode (please read the headset operating instructions the operating instructions for the headset). Now start the pairing mode of your CEECOACH 2 and the device will search for a headset for approx. 60 seconds. Note: CEECOACH 2 will only search for a headset if no other headset is currently connected. So if you want to connect another headset, first switch off the headset that is already connected.

You may have swapped the headsets. Please make sure
that you are using the Bluetooth® headset that is connected to your CEECOACH 2. You can quickly determine whether you are using the correct Bluetooth® headset by briefly pressing the plus button on the CEECOACH 2. If you do not hear a volume change tone on your Bluetooth® headset, then you have swapped the headsets. Tip: You can prevent the headsets from being swapped by using coloured markings.
The pairing mode of the CEECOACH 2 is cancelled as soon as a smartphone or headset has been successfully connected.
Start the pairing mode of your CEECOACH. Activate the Bluetooth® function on your smartphone and start the search for Bluetooth® devices. CEECOACH is displayed as ‘CEECOACHxxxx’, including the last four digits of the serial number, which can be found on the back of the device. Now select your CEECOACH to establish the connection.
A Bluetooth® headset that is to be used with the CEECOACH must support the
headset profile (HSP or HS profile). The HFP (Hands Free Profile) profile, which is used to connect to the telephone, is currently not supported by the CEECOACH.
If you want to use both a headset and a smartphone with CEECOACH 2, you need to connect both devices one after the other. The order doesn't matter: you can connect your smartphone first and then your headset - or vice versa.
